How a card reaches someone

Shipping & Exchange

Last updated 18 August 2026

Nothing is shipped. ChitthiBhejo sells a digital card — a web link — so there is no parcel, no courier, no tracking number, no delivery address and no shipping charge. Ever.

We've kept this page rather than deleting it, because "where's my order?" is a fair question even when the answer is "in your browser, already". Here's exactly how it works.

Delivery: immediate, and to you

The moment your payment succeeds, your card link appears on screen. There is no wait, no processing window and no confirmation email to wait for. You can copy the link, send it straight to WhatsApp with one tap, or open it yourself first to see what the recipient will see.

The one thing worth understanding: we give the link to you, and you send it on. We never message the person the card is for. We don't ask for their number or their email address, so we have no way to reach them even if we wanted to — which is also why we can't tell you whether they've opened it.

Keep the link

The link is the card, so please don't lose it before you've sent it. If you do lose it, that isn't a dead end any more: every card, at both prices, is stored on our server under a short random id, so write to us with your payment reference and the two names on the card and we can usually find it and send you the link again. The ₹49 card used to be packed into its own link with nothing kept on our side, which is why we could not help before and can now.

How long a card stays readable

Every card is given a deletion time the moment it is created, at both prices, and the storage removes it itself when that time arrives. There is no other way for a card to expire.

  • A card that isn't sealed stays readable for 90 days, counted from when you paid.
  • A sealed card stays readable for 90 days after it opens. The clock starts at the moment it unlocks, not at the moment you paid — so a card sealed for two weeks is around for about 104 days in all. Only the ₹99 card can be sealed, so this is the ₹99 case.

If a card stops working before its 90 days are up, that's a fault rather than an expiry, and it's refundable — see Cancellation & Refund.

What the recipient needs

A phone, tablet or computer with a web browser and an internet connection. Nothing to install, no account to create, no app to download. Cards are built for phone browsers first, since that's where nearly everyone opens them.

If it doesn't arrive

The most common problem by far isn't a delivery failure — it's a link that got broken in transit. Chat apps sometimes split a long link across two lines, so only the first half becomes tappable and the card won't open. Sending the whole link again fixes it.

If that isn't it, write to vedika.app04@gmail.com with your link and we'll look. A card that genuinely doesn't work is refunded in full — see Cancellation & Refund.

Exchanges

There's no physical item, so there is nothing to send back and nothing to swap. But the question underneath is a real one, so:

  • Changing the wording after you've paid. Not possible — the card is finished at the moment of payment. This is why the whole card is shown to you, working, before the price is ever mentioned.
  • Changing your mind about the two options. Write to us. If you meant to buy the ₹99 card with a photo and paid ₹49 by mistake, we'd rather sort it out than leave you with the wrong thing.
  • Deleting a card you'd rather nobody saw. Send us the link and we'll delete it, at either price, which stops the link working for everyone.
  • Sending it to someone else instead. The card has a name written on it, so the honest answer is to write a new one.

Anywhere in the world

A link has no borders — the card opens wherever the recipient is. Two things to know if they're outside India: payment is taken in Indian rupees, and any time you set for a sealed card is Indian Standard Time, so a card sealed for midnight opens at midnight IST rather than midnight where they are.
